The Truck Mounted Nitrogen Pumping Unit is a complete nitrogen pumping unit assembled on a trailer to save time during moving and CT unit rig up. This unit is also ideal to work on locations with severe space limitations; each equipment that composes the unit could be unloaded from the truck just in case of necessity.

Nitrogen Pump: The 180k nitrogen pump allows the pumping of liquid nitrogen. Before nitrogen leaves the pumping unit, a vaporization system converts high pressurized liquid nitrogen into high pressurized gaseous nitrogen. The main components of the pump include diesel engine, centrifugal charge pump, triplex pump, vaporizer and coolant loop circuit.
Nitrogen Tanks: The nitrogen tank allows storage of 2000 gallons of liquid nitrogen. It is equipped with vaporizer to increase (when necessary) pressure inside the tank. It is also equipped with relief valves that permit it to not exceed the maximum allowable pressure.
