Liquid Pumping & Well Stimulation

The Truck Mounted Fluid Pumping Unit is a complete fluid pumping unit assembled on a trailer to save time during moving and CT unit rigging up. This unit is also ideal to work on locations with severe space limitations; each equipment that composes the unit could be unloaded from the truck just in case of necessity.

Liquid Pump, Centrifugal Pump, and Mixing Tank compose these units.

Triplex Pump: The triplex pump is a high-pressure pump used for jobs where pumping of several types of liquid is required. The main components of the pump include the power end, the liquid end, and the engine.

Acid Tank: The acid tank is used to transport and store Hydrochloric Acid (33% concentrated) or other treatment fluids (solvents or other flammable and toxic products).

Mixing Tank: The mixing tank is used to prepare mixtures that must be pumped inside the well as brine and acid. It is equipped with agitators moved by hydraulic motor. The main parts of this system are tanks, inlet and outlet manifold, agitators.

Centrifugal Pump: The supercharging pump for corrosive fluids is used to pump corrosive fluids as acid. It is used to supercharge the triplex pump for high flow rates or to mix treatment fluids.
